Nine buildings of four floors, integrated into the natural topography with horizontal volumes and noble materials — reinforced concrete, stone and glass for durability and warmth, in total continuity between interior and exterior.

Every residence faces South towards the Mediterranean sea, with natural light and cross ventilation guaranteed by design. The entire plot is pedestrian; all 116 parking spaces are below ground.
